Daniela and Nicholas – At the monastery
This wedding truly has a beautiful story to tell. Daniela and Nicholas, both from Toronto, have chosen Abruzzo to celebrate the bride’s Italian roots.
The ceremony took place in the small village of Decontra, inside the church built by the Daniela’s grandfather just a few steps away from the family house, where the bride embellished herself before the ceremony.
For the reception, guests attended a total white-themed dinner at the suggestive Monastero Fortezza Santo Spirito in Ocre (AQ), an ancient monastery in the heart of the Abruzzi mountains.
Golden, glamourous details enriched the inside of the desacrated chapel for an incredible dinner atmosphere, as well as the magic radiating from the brides’s dress: its beauty has been now immortalized forever in the wonderful setting of Rocca Calascio, among some of our nature’s untouched wonders.
